Compare that with an amazing detail... http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used...-807684315.htm
Is this your old car Bob? Why did they stop offering the Iris Blue? I still think it's a beautiful colour for a 911.

Looks like 964 prices are dragging 993 values up
Not sure I could live with the blue interior - not sure what Porsche were thinking, but the interior colour pallet on the 993 range was not their best effort.......

Jason will be salivating if this sells, as his is a far nicer car and must be now worth two hundie??
Seriously - what is the C4S worth? - maybe a hundie if it was fresh meat, detailed and sitting in CCS showroom?

The C4S has a 3.8 engine upgrade but it wasnt done in the factory. You can buy that same upgrade today for any 993 if you have a lazy 25K to order the parts. Unfortunately the C4S also had a big shunt and thus even given its mileage I would have to say 100K is top of market here. Realistically its 85-90K to someone who has no clue of the history and doesn't get a PPI (i.e. a wood duck).
The cash crop farmers in Kaitia must be doing a good trade at the moment down in Auckland aye ;-)

Sorry mate. There are two keys for my car and lock up. One set with me here the other set with Deano (now in Queenstown for a long weekend with his missus)...

Second thoughts, bugger this. I fancy an early blast north. Coffee/brekky at Wellsford.
Leave the big smoke 7:30am. Home by 11am ish.
I'll visit my folks at Whangaparoa on the way back.
GET OUT AND DRIVE :-)
Now who is keen?

Id be very interested (as Im sure others would be) in what Gavin thought of the event and roads when you speak with him next. Not many events like this left in the world now. I followed him on the event and he had pace. Not bad given lack of familiarity with the roads and having to run in metric. Very well set up car with the sequential box. Those gears whine dont they! It would be great if he decided to do the NI Targa in May if they keep the car down our way.
