Hi Macca, I read you are the guru on researching these GT3 engine out issues, can you lookup a particular VIN number for me of a 2015 that is branded a lemon? I'm trying to understand why

    Hello Macca,

I am considering purchasing a 2016 GT3 with 3800 miles and the "G" engine. What is your advice about how to proceed? The car has had 3 owners and I am asking to see the PPI since the dealership is selling it and asking for the month and year of production.....Asking to see the maintencance records.....Any advice? There asking 166K out the door with warranty coverage until 2022 or 100K miles which ever comes first.
Thanks in advance I am a newbie to Porsche....

    Hi Macca,

in regards to the new flywheel. The car was a little sluggish and the dealership agreed.

After 2 weeks talking with Germany the consensus was the flywheel. It was replaced under warranty.

I did not notice ant funny noises. But I would let your dealership know.

Mine in Sydney have been great especially with the engine recall.
