You can still stay there Paul - and there may be enough others to book a few of the apartments. I'll be staying at Chateau Rundle this year but if there's a gathering at the Hilton on Sat night then I'm sure we'll be there.

Bit disappointed that the rates quoted were no better than you can get online hence the call not to force people to one place. Plus there are quite a few who want a cheaper option for what is basically just a bed for 2 nights.

Details you can't see is an electric motor that turns the engine over, working valves, led lights in the spark plug holes and a speaker that presumably makes sounds like a 911. I need some batteries to confirm it works.

Michael - what do we need to do to get you along to the November NITT? Im happy to organise a whip around to get you there as you are an inaugural member and there from the beginning!

Otherwise, looks like only three names are not present this year and each has basically sold their Pcar and moved on, in one case a relocation overseas.

We had 13 participants in the first year. This has grown since 2014+ to a 30 attendee annual event...

I just checked Booking.com. 3 bedroom apartment at Hilton is $1,358 for 2 nights, or $226 per person per night for 3 people. I booked one just in case others want to stay there, as a location with secure parking it works for me. Looking for 2 others to share apartment. It can be cancelled the day before with no cancellation fee

All right, you've twisted my rubber arm... I've been thinking about it, but it's a touchy subject with the missus with a new baby in the house. I've signed up on the premise that it's easier to get forgiveness than permission. (I think you used the same theory for your new cars?)

I certainly have fond memories of the first NITT, and of course Taupo in subsequent years. I hope to get back to Manfeild one day.
