If you FB users haven't seen already there is a nicely developing post on owners cars in the Air Cooled Group. Early 911s have the same but a little less extensive. Some lovely metal both. Great to have a registry of cars to owners

Not much else to say but enjoy the pics John, body and both bumpers painted.
Rest of the panels and parts in the booth being sprayed as we speak.

Looking good J+J. The car was yellow by comparison before! Hard to beat appliance white when its fresh. Plenty of work ahead JMac. At least putting humpty together again is more fun.

The lousy phone pictures don't do it any justice, the white looks super crisp in the flesh.
Thinking i'll use gloves for reasembly.........

Better than good Macca. I'm going to re-polish the carbon fibre on my splitters after looking at this. Anything less than first class will detract from this paint job. I might have to book out my own track sessions to avoid any damage from fellow track users.

Better idea John, just have a professional studio shoot done when its finished then file the pictures for constant referral and drive it. Worked for me :-)

I must confess - I am entering 'concours light' this weekend, and have been polishing under the guards, and cleaning carpets etc last weekend.

This is very sad - the RSG is going through a bonnet polishing phase............

I can see why JMc is so into doing the work himself, I found this last weekend very enjoyable......

RSG is thriving. 29 on the 12th is huge compared to some Winter days a year or two back that struggled to get 8 cars.

So HPU776 at Final Touch isn't your car....?

I see two RWB cars are being done in NZ. More 964s having money thrown at them

I was made aware of this a few months ago as well.. A mate down here sold his 964 C4 to a guy in Hamilton who was adamant that he was going to RWB it... Didn't believe him at first. Now looks to be confirmed for Feb some time? Both guys are in Hamilton correct? Both 964's.

Getting an LVV Cert plate for one will be exciting! Looking forward to seeing one on NZ roads.
