They do the job, but there are a few things to be aware of:

1. 911 engine and exhaust parts limit the depth they can be inserted on the right hand rear, this means that the arms are tightening on the arm ends and I don't like to leave the car raised in that state

2. The wheels move akin to shopping trolley ones and need to be aligned to push easily in the desired direction.

3. Once a car is using these, the effort to get the car out for a drive means it will be used a lot less.

As a means of occasionally moving a car into a tight space they are good, but a car being moved often will become a chore. You are welcome to borrow mine for testing if you want.
Hi John, thanks for the offer, I may just take you up on that. I'm not to worried about the moving etc because it won't be for moving on a regular basis, mainly just worried about the build quality. Do you have the SCA ones or the Sulco?

SCA ones, the same as in your link. I think build quality is fine. As they lift by squeezing the tyre, each use period is very short - lift, shift, drop.

I also have spare tickets for the festival if anyone is planning on going this weekend and doesn't have any.

Here are some of the best pictures I took.

I did notice that the ones linked had a tyre width limit of 300mm - might be too small for the RS?

Some ruf speedlines. Trying up a different look. Will do plastidip gloss black I think but wanted to test fit first as they are slightly different offsets from the 18s

Looks good Nathan. Only word of warning with Plastidip is the fact brake dust gets embedded in it and is near impossible to remove (although Dragons Breath might work).

I still prefer the 3 piece ones Nathan. But they may look better in black. what are the offsets on those Rufs?

Of interest to the 2k cup crew. Quinn supports a race series at Highlands for caged cars (min half cage). This could be done at HD as well, doubling the opportunities to run our two cars locally.

Good point, I've found that a couple of coats of clear plasti dip after the black helps significantly. That gives it the gloss finish and it also makes cleaning much easier. My daily car is done like that and the wheels are heaps easier to clean of brake dust than before the clear coat

I think I agree Macca. The 18s fill the guards better but the full lock is significantly reduced. And I'm running oversized front z221 on the front of the 18s which doesn't help either
