I will take one car and probably run a Honda as well, maybe the Grinch. Right now I'm thinking I'll run Herman. There is a Prestige Playday on the 27th that I can run the R.

Wow Doug, what an inspiring story. I'd read about Lola being worked on at Steve's on this thread but didn't know why till I read your rebuild thread this morning. Sorry to hear about the crash, but good on you for making the best out of it!!. What a great learning experience!!! No doubt you'll be so much more confident working on your car. I think your Dad is really proud of you hence the offer to drive you down.
And cool to post your story. Takes time to research the work you need to do, do the work, take the pics, post them, etc etc, ..... different options for mods.... All takes time. And I guess makes getting Lola back even more rewarding. Well done![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I'm in Wellington this morning, catching up with Graeme soon and on the ferry tomorrow morning for this years SITT. Lola's been thru a lot since I saw her last saw her but looks good.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Edit - Hell Yeah - $150K and 13 YEARS Later............
I'm a bit pumped on the long hoods this avo having read Dave's thread. I need to take a cold shower........
Mind you -if it's a project car - why can't it take 5-10 years........ (As long as it's your second Pcar......)

Next 2k cup is 18/19 April at Taupo. They had the dates wrong. I'm definitely out as in Samoa. Who's up for it? Use it or lose it.

I sold the 964 Turbo to buy this and partway through building it purchased a prime location SH1 commercial property which set me back completing the build and then purchased the 993 I have now... so in the end decided to sell it.
