Default Installation.

This installation requires you to open up the PCM and install and connect a new circuit board inside. I was nervous at first but it really was not that difficult. I just took my time and did not try to rush the install. It was like working on a small PC.

Beyond that, the install was not difficult. The JoyeAuto kit come complete with all of the cables and harnesses needed to complete the install.

nice! What vendor? I’d imagine you send your parts in and they send them back done?

Have the same front pieces installed, bought second hand as well. Did yours have the carbon fiber insert previously? Bought a set that had it and most crack due to constant sun. Looks like there is space for the carbon fiber.

no, mine has alcantara inserts. I avoid carbon fiber, it never seems to age well and I prefer the stitched leather look. I have the x51 carbon intake, it’s aging well due to no sun exposure

Theres a couple of sets floating around in the 991 section too. https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1164...-wheels-6.html

I love BBS, Volk, HRE, etc. But for the street I have a hard time spending the extra $$$ to save a little weight. For the price, the quality for these met and exceeded my expectations. And the manufacturer will work with you on widths, offsets, and color.

Don't think anything is left other than paint correction and PPF, but open to suggestions.

Whats the trick for the magsafe mount?

I love mine. They get compliments all the time, very OEM but aggressive. Great choice👍🏾

Love the look of the Apex wheels. Did you keep track of the weight savings vs stock?
