am told low-speed/pressure event... seems wrong oil over time may have caused this, he was running 10w30 I am told and 'specialist' shop that WAS servicing the car didn't know 964Turbo has a second oil filter (it was ancient)
'Low Speed Event' - last time I had one of 'those' I broke/dropped a valve, but it did not result in that level of carnage.
I don't see the eram kit having a negative impact on the cars value at all as it addresses a fundamental design flaw

Dropped my headlights off at the paint shop for refinishing + proper clear coat.
Had been planning on DIY + spraying on some 2k clear myself, but after reading more about how nasty the 2k clear is, decided it was worth the $ to pay the professionals.
Finally got the last little bits and bobs to start install fo the gearbox. Roger sure does great work. Mating to the engine took a bit more effort than I thought and this isn't the lightest gearbox to man handle by yourself. But got her on and got the engine/gearbox back in the car and mounted. Hopefully I can get through most of the reassembly tomorrow and into fluids. Would love to be back on the road by the weekend.
