Did UW make that system? Are those Helmholtz resonators? I know how sensitive you are to droning.

I had my fuel injectors cleaned and flow tested. They were pretty bad according to the report. I have used Hurst Injector Services many times for injector cleaning and testing and have always been satisfied. For $15 an injector it can't be beat.

Yea, you should be, that's very exciting! I am loving the new 991TT, it's off season for us now, so it's hibernating, however, I did get to drive it to the paint shop yesterday as the roads were really clean and it was great. Looking forward to Spring for sure. Looking forward to hearing about your new build once completed.

Cheaper than new and just as good, and I'm not going for enough power to need bigger. I was warned against going for more power with a 180k mile engine, that I might not like the results. I'll have to live with a modest 1 bar tune.

I want them to bend in the middle so I can use the rear space...

There is a method to the madness...

Those look like they would be pretty uncomfortable is you are "outside of the bolster parameters". I don't know if I'd fit.

Beautiful though.

Thank you.

A year ago this month, I would have agreed with you.

But as of today, I am 84lbs lighter than I was a year ago, well on my way to pulling another 10th of my quarter mile time; I want to lose 100lbs, it is now within reach ...

I bought them years ago for my STi, then discovered, that they didn't really work with the full cage, so I removed them, put them in my R. The other day, I ordered new leather from Frank at Exclusiv Option and he was offering to do my seats as well - as I had been considering buying another set of Recaros, it hit me like a brick that I should pull these out of the R, buy some new bases, and save a couple (few) grand... Seat bases were $350CDN for the pair, so I figure I'm well ahead.

They are super comfy. However, once the bases get here, I may have to adjust the tilt a bit, but will figure that out once I have the gear in hand.

84lbs, good for you man! Keep crushing it. I"m 6'4" so I have trouble fitting in most of those seats just from bone structure.

I'd love to have a sit in those and see how they are.

Lucky I don't have to worry about height requirements. I've been told I'm the perfect height for a Countach, now only if I could afford one....

I think we will be able to arrange that...
