Hi.
I got the led light strip from eBay about $7. I had some old led bulbs kicking around. Then just ran the wires to the marker light wiring. They are very thin but not very long so I could best mount them on the top grill.
I wanted them to point straight ahead but actually at night the shine just enough at the front corner to look like makers.
I'm quite pleased.

Ripped apart my leaky front diff. Will replace seals and o-ring. I plan to drive a little bit in RWD to see how she does before I reinstall it...

I remember Adam699 on 6speed did an overhaul of his front diff and I saved the thread in pdf format (pictures dissapear from 6speed) may be it can be useful for you?

Note: I got the same Autoart 1/18 TT in silver, red and yellow ;-)

that would be extremely useful. I would love to take a look at it. I love the Auto Art! I bought it for pretty cheap on eBay, but the box was destroyed

do you not have to do something about the PSM??

Sorry I got no experience with front differential removal but I'm sure someone will answer this question!

No, the PSM works via wheel speed sensors on the hubs. Removing the front driveshaft will not effect them.

after digging out from under several feet of snow last week and a good wash and dry - drove the car today. on a two lane blacktop that runs through some of the most travelled 30+ mile road in what is a top ten national tourist destination. following mini vans and sedans with bicycles and camping gear affixed to their roofs.

for the first time since my 1st porsche obtained since 1975, i now live in a place i simply cannot drive the car. at least not as it was intended to be driven.

34 mph for 27 miles to get to a state hwy where i can really let her rip up to the 75 mph speed limit is almost criminal.

this is a ****ing tragedy.
