Lawns always get fertilized in the fall. Mine looks the best it did all year! Too bad it's getting cold.

Actually, it depends on the grass.

Zoysia grass should not be fertilized in early spring or fall. Fall fertilizer can delay the natural dormancy period of warm-season grasses and make them more susceptible to winter injury.

Just got word from CMS that my new tranny will be finished next week!

Yeah, now, just need some Numerics, 997 tranny mount and some 964RS engine mounts, and I will be good to go.

No sign or word on my turbos.

Jest a set of factory K24s - a good price was gotten, however, I have to wait for production to ramp up out of Germany...

What did you end up paying on the K24's? I was thinking about going up. Also, why the 964RS engine mounts specifically?
