The car was discussed in 2016 when for sale at Porsche of Stratham. One user here passed after their due diligence but I do not know more than that or the specific reasons.
Those rotors are toasted though.

I think if someone was looking for a great track/street setup car you should just buy the single owner 10k mile from Wright Automotive here... will share my shopping experience to help save someone time, dropped from $140 to $115 recently, guessing they would take 110... not working very hard to sell because he'll just keep using it until he does.
I was contemplating it and ultimately decided against it because I wanted to do all the mods and work myself since for a GT3 car it was pretty much 100% complete. This is the owner of the dealerships personal car so he tracked it up until a few years ago... has like 5 lvl 3 revs from what I remember and no 4's. Transmission was disassembled and 'built' at 6000 miles w/upgraded flywheel, clutch and rear dif. Has PPF on the front and a little rashing in front of the rear wheels like any dark paint GT3 I've seen. He doesn't know where or what he did with the OEM wheels or center locks so no need to ask.
Carbon GT2 seats
Cup car center locking hubs with CCW c10 wheels
GTRS 4.0 clutch and flywheel
GTRS 4.0 final drive Guard/LSD
ARP camshaft bolts, drilled and safety wired
Motion control 2-way adjustable external res-shocks
Hyperco springs
Tarret rear upper shock mounts
Tarret front lower control arm mono ball, inners and eccentric thrust bushings
GMG roll bar
GMG tailpipes
AP racing front rotors
Schroth harnesses w/cage
Pinned coolant lines
Racekeeper integrated w/2 installed cameras
I've got like $100k in receipts from what seems like $50k in maintenance and $50k in new stuff all done by Sewickley Porsche so it was VERY well maintained, they sent me those personally so you'll have to get them again from them if your serious. The records say he basically did 'track ready' maintenance and inspection every single time he tracked it. But make no mistake the 10k miles on it are track miles.

That one has been for sale for awhile. At least a year.
Some details are in these 3 links in case you did not see them. Have not used auto blip in a 997 GT3. Only in a 991.2 GT3. It works well. Not sure how well it integrates if it's not from factory, but I have heard of other people putting it on 997's.
I went and saw it in person about a month ago. It looks good from 10-15 feet, but its rooooooough when you look at it. It looks like that 100,000 mile car when you start poking around. The paint on the wheel arches has been eaten away. Its gone. Around the edges of the frunk and doors is wore some how. Brake calipers are beat. Interior is worn and rough when you're touching it. PPF that it has should have come off years ago. It's yellow and bubbled. Wheels are chipped and raw in places.
If you want to turn it into a bare-bones track car, it might be the ticket. I can't attest to engine health, I didn't bother taking it out on the road.
43k-mile White .1 GT3. Has adaptive sport seats, GMG roll cage, pinned coolant pipes, Guards LSD rebuild, and RSS X-Pipe Center Exhaust. Has been on track a lot in the past and was involved in an accident in 2016 (read Rennlist ad for details). Rennlist ad sheds more light about the car then the current ad. Had zero over revs back in 2017 at 34k miles, but not sure how the DME is now. Asking price is $80k OBO.
