Any information regarding this car, also, do you think it is a good price? I am considering putting deposit on it.

It was posted back when they were asking $109k for it. Post 5080.

Looks like an aftermarket exhaust on that. Doesn't appear to be sharkwerks exhaust, but some other brand. You may want to contact the places that serviced in on Carfax to see if you can get any additional info on it. Has a PCA sticker on it, wouldn't be surprised if there would be some pics of it somewhere on the local PCA site, but that would take a bit of time to look into. From a quick look at the Carfax it doesn't appear to actually be a one owner car, Autocheck confirms that, appears it was sold to the current owner in 2014 as a CPO car. Number of owners should not matter to you. Condition should. Just pointing out another flaw in Carfax, sometimes it reports more owners than it should, sometimes it reports less.

I would put a deposit down on it, get a PPI and go from there. Post up what the PPI looks like or if you have questions.

It was 109K in September and now it's 10k less. It's priced right for the miles but needs due diligence - why did they drop it $10k and how low will they go to move it?

This is some build and market comp data ... courtesy of P9.

@Bxstr and Flachbau, thank you so much for providing additional info and pointing out the to dos. I have contacted them and they just run a DME report yesterday with only few in range 1. Dealer does not sure what kind of exhaust is on the car, I think it might be a RSS. I also did a virtual walk through with them, seems to be in good condition. Dealer also confirmed it is a 2 owners car. They can barely move on the price at this point though.

If you like the car and it comes back clean, I would go for it. See if they’ll include shipping into the price, enclosed, if you’re not local.

As a reference, Switchcars has a comparable red GT3, with buckets and similar miles for $104k. Additional $4k is worth it if you like buckets and red. Just as an example.

I contacted the dealership yesterday around 1:30PM and they said that the car has a deposit on it. Maybe they don't want to sell it to a local.

It seemed that way - thanks for confirming. Was using that both as a comparison for price based on miles, $99k for the white one seems fair, but also that if It’s still available, the red one would be a great one to go for.

Sold for $105k. Even if people are afraid of the sequential, that is factoring in a lot of room to be able to swap back to stock and even a trans rebuild in there. Guessing the bidder at $105k never guessed he would get it for that. I figured it would go reserve not met for sub $110-120k, but that is super low. A good car to drive for a year and then flip when done. With stock shifter should bring more money.

$110K with auction fees makes the risk even higher. I was on it for a bit, but black really isn't my color.

Did y'all see the underside photos? For as much as the BaT peanut gallery complains about Cosmoline on the underside of cars.....this one was actually pretty crusty. That with the sequential was enough for a number of people to just not bother bidding.
