Ultimately I'm trying to gauge what is a good price range for this car, given the little information that we know. If this car generally checks out from a PPI, what is a decent range of price to pay?

Also had this car been a private deal, what is the comparable price range?

Thanks
Fair price. Get an inspection, but even if the car needs a couple of things, I don't see them moving much from that price.

I remember it was listed in the 170s while at the Porsche dealership before the current listing. Given the miles(17k) and the apparent condition(rotors, rockchips) seems way off market.
Price is ridiculous. I wouldn’t pay over $160k for it.

FB marketplace 997.2 GT3 Link
Interesting Cream white 997.2 GT3 for sale in Eastern Washington. Never seen this color on a 997 GT3. Maybe someone can educate me is this a PTS color or standard/optional color?
build sheet
26k miles and asking $120,000
The ad doesn't have much detail which isn't surprising given its on Facebook.
VIN: WP0AC2A91AS783405

Cream white was not PTS but was considered a special color for the 997.2 GT3. Only 4 in Cream White for North America. Only 2 had PCCB's.

Also check out post 4690 here and 4732. Both have info on this car. Was previously listed for $105k. Looks like it probably has some track time (which is fine, it's a GT3), was swapped to steel rotors. If it doesn't come with the standard PCCB's, that is going to be a value hit.

There were a few colors more rare than PTS, with Creme White as Bxstr correctly points out being one of them:

997.2 North American production:

PTS non metallic 14
PTS metallic 4
Crème White 4
Dark Blue 4
Atlas Gray 3
Ruby Red 2
and the rarest of then all: Nordic gold 1

I think this was sold by Switchcars just a few months back for similar price (asking) with similar mileage.
That car is tight and right.

Somebody must have swapped plates. Note it has a covered-up Montana plate on the car but it's never been registered there, always in WA.
