Any Rennlisters from New Zealand?

Might be worth considering a CRX for the 2k cup. Power to weight should be decent. Unsure if the handling would be any good: https://trademe.co.nz/742661217
Rather amusing that we're spending more on a set of tyres than the base ticket entry to the cup! Easy to see the appeal.

The best bit about this obsession - multiple Christmases and you get the present you actually want. Ordered from Design 911 at 8pm Tuesday and delivered Friday.
If the hyperbole on the box is half true this is going to be great addition to Herman's track kit and a very reasonable price. Thanks for the recommendation Matt x2
I'll fit them this morning before I go to the weigh station.

Update. Sorted the leather colour and grade. Out of 50 samples I prefer this one, it is made in Nelson and they will sell me a couple of hides. Downside is that there is no one in NZ who does perforating. This is desirable for seat bases and backs and door panels to add some texture to large bland surfaces. Other option is embossed patterns. Not much luck here either. I found a company that has large embossing plates and a press but the range of patterns is quite traditional and not suitable.....so...... I'm going to make my own embossing plate.
CNC'd aluminium plate with the embossing pattern standing as pillars. Should be easy enough.
I'll go for a Simple tight geometric repeated pattern, dots, ellipses, squares or something but when you have your own plate anything is possible.
Anodising colour for trim is evolving. This is a very light bronze, could go a touch darker or back to natural satin to lighten it up. This will probably be a decision when the interior is together and a shade will be more obvious then.

Prefer the lighter colour anodizing. The dark one reminds me of 1980 window trim, but heck I gave no skills in this area so make it how you want it. The guy in the UK just posted this on FB

Dave,
^^^^^^^^^For what my 10c is worth, I like the bronze combo, but not fussed on the carpet colour as I think it's too light, maybe you look at bronze (or darker brown carpet?)
Cheers

Looks just like Hermans older brother. Swing by any time and if I'm not in the driveway ready, keep going
