Show them how the RBNZ interest rate forecasts will impact on mortgage payments and what that means to the effective price purchasers are being asked to pay. Hang on, I'm already propertied - just disregard that and maybe I can cut you a deal.

Macca
John
Dave
Pete
Sam

At least four more needed - shouldn't be too hard - Doug, Paul, Walter, Chris M, Chris B, Steve?

Sort that out and I'm down to 1.19.20. I think the risk/reward is there

Good move to keep Lola out there. Keeps me motivated with Herman. I'll try and stick with Z221 right now. If you hit under 1.19.50 I may reconsider longer term. PFC pads should arrive next week. Will weigh Herman tomorrow or see where I'm at.

Me too!

Between 10 of us, we might get one drive each.

Better start researching the best car. Maybe a MR2?

Don't see why not.

Time to get some car suggestions. Serial researchers go for it.

I would have thought just one spot. Paul just wants to do some practice before trying to set the fastest lap.

Good point - like trying to stack the school raffle. One spot each.
