Steve gave me the same tip. On the back straight I almost always do it now to make sure they're still there. A little tap to check there's still pressure. Easy to forget to do this though :-(
Don't let that cloud your mind going into turn 1 at the sprints
Talking about damaged white cars, a certain track mgr showed me iphone photos of a seriously munted white McLaren who's Asian owner took turn 1 too fast. No insurance and I'd say a write off??
.
Neil Dewar and Petet Meredith were there when it happened. I understand it had only done around 500km's, still a new car
Michael - Craig (my old C3) and Gary (Pete's old C4) have entered the time trials, maybe you should hang out with them and teach them the lines for starters
I'll advise you of the sprints list updates if older / other 944's etc enter.
Thanks. I won't be attending the June day (although I may visit briefly for a catch up) so I won't be able to help Craig and Gary sorry -- not that I'm qualified to be giving anyone advice on lines anyway!

I didn't realise this, I guess it's a new requirement? I don't remember needing the license when doing the regularity trial a couple of years ago.
Cheaper to go buy a manual 993 or 64. The kits are $12K USD, so you are budgeting $20K all day long........... We discussed this for a while about 300 pages back. Chris was entertaining the idea of building up a race car for a while from a cheap tipo. .
There's always this option as well. Maybe not the fastest on the track but it would solve over rev and synchro issues.

Haha, of course it would be outrageously uneconomical. Which is a pity. There is that particularly nice looking red tipo @ 54km that has been listed on TM for ever. Though it is such a nice looking car it would be a shame to slice it up
