You need to get a fresh set of Hankook 214's, check the geo and corner balance. Could find some lazy time here. The rest will be hard work.
.
I'm moving geometry further away from circuit for targa in May. Will get it corner balanced after I've got some more ride height. I'm running r888s for targa. They felt good in the rain on Sat. Definitely see some 214s in my future after targa. The geometry is out at the moment, lefts and rights feel very different. But just trying to get some seat time. It is very addictive, trying to get faster.

None of us have reached the ultimate, even Steve was chasing the sub 1.13 round at HD. However, the stars have to align to best the 1.19.50 set by Steve in Herman. The common factor with the decision to take it easier on our cars seems to be the incremental car wear when operating on the edge of the envelope. Rather than beating up cars at increasing cost the smart move is to move to racing. In the meantime Herman can circulate at more moderate pace just in case Lola breaks out
Theres definitely something addictive about all of this!

Tripped over this nice photo and video review of a competitive porsche track day event in Europe. Similar range of cars that we run.
Nice for a little bit of track day action fix.

Googling for one of these led me to it. Looks like I may need something like this for our next road trip under construction, or the Cayenne if I still have it by then...

Hard to beat the GT3 as a value consideration (if you can afford to maintain one).
You can buy them for less than this with the number of cars available for sale at the moment - there are several, and about 20 more when you look on Aussie sites...........
P.s. - when do I pick up the seats
