You should be good for Pukekohe on the 27th. I gather you are coming out tomorrow for a look anyway?

Great sound. 6 speed sequential box as well. I'll take two.

Good news. I'll be there with my new harness and a plan for turns 1 & 10. Sub 1.22 is the goal.

How many are coming on the day? I can see 11 names but most are not confirmed.

I can guess. The minute a car is for sale the worry about crashes etc starts. Correct?

No, I have a client meeting tomorrow at 10am. Looking to come down for the avo but will only be for a look as C3 on road tires for WOF.

Still flip-flopping on selling......

Unless you buy something capable of less than 1:19.2 then it's not really moving forward.

I spent an hour taking to Simon post the Taupo races. If you're going to buy a race car it has to have a reasonable chance of winning. Otherwise you're there to make up numbers.

Yup - agreed, I had a trade deal on the silver C3 race car on TM for a brief moment, but backed out as that car would only be 1-2 sec's quicker than mine (i.e. a mid-high 1.17) and would be a sec off the pace of a Bridgestone 944 S2. I'd be last by some considerable margin........

I don't have an issue making up numbers, I'm not that competitive, I just want to be in the pack with someone to chase and someone to fend off......

Gents - I won't be able to weigh down any of your rides tomorrow... Hanging tight on the chance I can pick up my car & have a pergola to finish! Some day after Puke we can break it in with some brews.

Have fun. We can test that pergola when the Targa goes past your place

Relative silence while some of the RSG faithful are at Hampton Downs today. I'd be there too if I weren't 4 hours north at the beach on holiday. Might have to go for a run (I'm my car, of course).

Photo 1 last summer, photo 2 the other day

Nice. Looks good with overcast skies, not too hot.

Bob, Mike, Scott, Matt and any other computer geeks out there:

Can any of you get access to an EPROM programmer and some 27C512 28 DIL chips?

The reason I ask is that I am investigating to possibility of remote live dyno remapping (using Wayne Schofield from 9M / Chip Wizards). He has a son in Wellington and hasn't said no at this stage. Just working through the logistics of what he needs at this end??

Let me know whether you can assist:
