I'm using SRFat the moment but will try the Endless fluid next time. Way cheaper and similar specs. Have a look at the pro-sport auto web page.

Interesting that the dry boiling point is higher than SRF (323 vs 310) however the wet is quite different (218 vs SRF at 270). I think it's the latter that impacts most. That said, happy to be a follower in this aspect. I like the tyres so keep on leading the way

Ok - maybe not as cheap as I thought... I just checked quote and it's $59 per 500ml plus GST. (I had thought per litre). You're right about it being dearer than champagne!!

Just follow the link to get ph number from the main page and give Mike a call or email. He came out to the PCNZ day to check how the pads were performing - really nice guy and very keen to help.

Just weighed the tail and original wheels. The difference is as follows:

Old fronts = 20.6kg New fronts = 19.3kg, a difference of 1.3 kg
Old rears = 22.5kg New rears = 20.9kg, a difference of 1.6kg

Total savings = 5.8kg in unsprung weight. They may not be the prettiest set of wheels and tyres, but they're not too bad compared to the Fuchs.

The tail is more impressive. Techart and normal steel tail = 17.6kg Ducktail and grille = 5.3kg, a difference of 12.3kg.

So in total, the track weight is 18.1kg lighter than as bought.

Interesting. The wheels are much less than I expected. It may be something to do with the weight of the tyres.

I reckon you'd get 2k nzd after shipping in your hand for the tech-art spoiler on the 993 RL board. Good way to defray some costs and slow Donnas shoe collection down a bit...

Sounds like a plan. Is that likely with the metal panel or just the Techart piece?

Just the techart piece. The US wide body 993 crowd go wild for them. Not 100% if its the exact same piece at the 964 one but they frequently go for 1800-2000 usd. If you threw in free freight youd get the same price. Might cost you $400 nzd but youd still clear around 2k after paypal fees...

I'm starting to think you have something against the 944... not even one lousy model in your whole collection?

(To be fair, it was exactly the same in the Porsche Museum shop. I think I ended up buying absolutely nothing...)

Hey Michael. That wasnt my Porsche model collection. Those 40 odd models were the ones I no longer want to keep. The core collection is over 100 sort after models and I believe I have a 944 as one of them LOL!

P.S. So far we have uncovered 45 books from the first two boxes out of 11! I imagine Ill be posting a few choice morsels up here for a week or two more...

Dave. No problems. Noted.
