Pizza or sausages doesn't matter to us.
Good luck with the parking, would be nice to have ;-)
Look forward to it...

With rebuilt shocks and new spring plates maybe that's what's the issue. When the guys doing the shocks re assembled the springs maybe they changed something?

Could well be. The rear tyre used to just hide under the lip. I'll see what happens after I drive it, then the geo guys can have a play.

I know of an Integra Type R rally car parked up in welly that might go a a reasonable price. well spec build with top suspension/shocks - just change out the springs for track and that's cheap.

That works for me. Donna asked how many partners are going. I might say none as you lot might upset my domestic financial position

Jo's going. I already told her you spent all the Jimmy Choo money and Donna will be you will be retiring to Taranaki with the whanau.

We'll separate the men and women John. I think the best approach is to desensitize them. I have a strategy. Add two zeros to all your spend. Makes it unbelievable.

Every time they eves-drop a conversation talk about how we spent 120,000$ on a set of shocks and $35000 t have the car serviced. In no time their heads will be swimming with rupee like 000 digits and they will figure out we are talking crap and making it all up. One day if teh true figures they will seem cheap (1200 for suspension - beats 120,000!)

We will call this theory the Quango effect. For no other reason that I like the word Quango (and its a financial term that no one understands).

When I say "Quango" you all add two zeros to your costs. We will speak Quango and remain under the duck line so the hunters cannot snipe us...

LOL

I would think that horse has already bolted John, but like all woman, she is waiting for the right moment to lower the boom...! A public forum has its appeals, judging by Glendas' timing in the past!

I prefer Quango to Contango, because we don't want any selective hearing suggesting that we are up for a ballroom dance, even if your loafers suggest it!

Looks like we're on the same page John. Someone might say something silly, like pointing out that cars sometimes crash at track! She knows I race (and seen the odd vid) but I can still remember her asking why I bought a race suit. Formulating a true and credible answer on the spot that didn't involve 'avoiding death by fire' was a bit tricky.
