BTW, if anyone with a Cayman is also looking for a Cayenne, just put her to a Mercedes Sprinter:

With something like 8 or 9 on the waitlist already I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some magic to happen.

It'll be interesting after running HD in an Integra the last few meets - wouldn't pay to use a Honda braking point for the Turbo...
I'll take one race in the Grinch on the 12th, that still leaves room for others.

Is 12 Dec a 2kCup day at Puke? PCNZ series is there also which is why Chris B, Neil and I will not be at the RSG Playday. Will be good to watch/support you guys if that is on at Puke.

Can't see the waitlist for 14 Nov clearing much, if at all. Mostly established regulars. I've made the suggestion that people team up and share the day (3 sessions each) to get more able to participate. Onus really on those with spots confirmed to share. I've arrange to do that with one of our new members.

John, I'm happy to be back of the queue again after the last run and won't be driving if it means you not getting at least 2 races - particularly as it is the only date you can make this season. But with ChrisM, Paul and Dave already down for HD that day, I figured I'd keep myself available for now.

Any chance you can also make the 2KCup BBQ Committee Track Day, 5pm 30 October? Grid starts and free passing so sure as hell felt like the races to me last year, plus each car gets 30 points or so for turning up.

I have leave from 24/10 to 15/11. When I'm not working on the House or Herman I will be at the track, whenever there is an opportunity

1982, now that is a good year, the best some might say.

Sounds like you 2 guys are it although as Neil is already going to be at Puke you have extra driver if needed. Now that we have committed 2 RSG Groups for 12 Dec you can't go poaching the numbers!

Doug's at HD as well. Looks like it is Walter, Neil and Me on the day, which is enough for two cars. I will check if Classic Trials are on as well. Maybe time for Herman's first track outing in pristine form.

Edit Classic Trials are 13/12 at HD

Hmmm, wouldn't it just be a shame if that meant you had to run a second RSG group in November...

Just looked into current/recent generation kit (little bit detached these days) and expect your rig will handle anything you throw at it.

I have an older i5/GTX670 based PC that runs ok, and a seat ready to go, but haven't decided on a wheel. Fanatec kit looks great, but comes at a premium. Would by a Thrustmaster T300RS, but no one in NZ can get hold of the Pro pedals and the standard two pedal kit looks nasty. May settle for the new Logitech G29 instead.

I think the November sessions are full from a PlayDay perspective, so no chance to get a second RSG group.

I'd be up for that session - not had a proper 2k cup race yet and this might be a good ease in for me.

You and Paul are definitely first in line.
