I'm keen. Need to get some practice in quick smart.

Currently on the hunt for a decent pair of exhaust cut outs and rpm switch, will then fabricate everything else I need to fit it.

Sounds good Pete. Am sure we can get a few people interested.

Apparantly the silver C4S that was for sale for yonks sold for around $115K.

Andrew's was competatively priced and this was reflected in the cue of buyers and sale within hours (subject to flying to the whops to view).

I think this car is overpriced too - miles are too high for an 'investment car' - would need to be circa 50K to be worth this IMHO.

Though - I see in Aussie C4S's are being advertised for circa $200K and that 993TT's sell for circa $250K AUD. I'm guessing buyers have come to this realisation, and the arena red cars have sold accordingly - as they were relatively cheap?? - even at 97c to the AUD (getting close) - (Max was right - he needed the market to realise??)

Agree - not sure what suspension its running but has clearly been lowered. Need to budget an engine refresh and some cosmetics but in current market it could be a good 'un... if you like the colour. Expect Nick R (the founder of this epic thread) to step in right about now!

Ex Japan, but in NZ for last 14 years. Looks like no sunroof, which is a bonus but the colour is likely to reduce interest.

If it is halfway decent at $35,000 it's a bargain. I think I thought that about Herman so what do I know.

Good for a weekend warrior but you can quickly run up expenses on these cars so as a DD I think not.

I think the R will turn out to be my best buy yet. Now where is Macca to say I told you so?

SC's are the next movers. Get one while you can.......one of which I co incidentally happen to have that will be surplus to requirements soon. Who knows, if I have a good year, I might persuade myself that it is not overly excessive to have 2 P cars. I'm a hard disciplined b****** but softening. Comes with hanging out with people who have multiple Porsches I guess.
