John. I hope that approach works for him. TM is the most effective tool in NZ. I was asked by 6 people today if I sold my car. Even my Tech had rushed to TM after hearing to have a look (but I had taken the listing down).
Doug. All makes sense. I was horrified at what I saw, the car was absolutely mint when I last saw it after the NITT. The front lip spoiler is now entirely grey and feel like sand paper even on the top side all the way along. The 3M guys job didnt prevent a respray for this car. Those kids washing did my 993 twice before I said "enough" and paid to avoid them. They had no idea and mostly poor supervision and as much as it was for a good cause I valued my paint job too much. Theyd drop the sponge on the gravel laden car park then pick it up and start scrubbing a car!!

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used...-806828149.htm Dougie - what about a 996 Cab?
Like Paul, I'm sold on the Cayman and the GT4 sounds like the ultimate, especially if manual and 3.8. Need to work out a plan to own one....

Macca - there are A LOT of lurkers on this thread mate - I think you would be surprised how quickly the jungle drums will work on this one............
I think Pel said he got several emails from people who have never posted as soon as he mentioned something on this thread............
Pete - I also really like this white 996 C4S too.
I'd change the rims back to sock as not a fan of 997T rims, but taste is a personal thing........
