I got offered over 100k for mine last week apparently!
I think it has spent too much time at CCS. Two months this time. People constantly ask if I will sell it.....I sold my GT3 and RS from CCS carpark - best place to advertise IMO....
Pretty quiet around here since John went native!

I just love a dark coloured car when its all polished and shining. Stunning! Congratulations.
Yes red brakes would really "pop" and make the perfect finishing touch. Maybe you could have the existing callipers refurbished and painted red to sort this out.
Will we see the car at the track again or will it be a weekend special?

No. I think you are getting confused. I was asking in a consultative capacity to help a party in South Island value their blue C4S for sale as part of an estate. I did so but have not heard what happened to that car since....

Neither. Over the last 4-6 years there have been at least half a dozen parties interested so I am told. Dean and the sales guys know to tell them I am not interested in selling. I figured that was the easiest way to save everyone's time. Occasionally you get a really tenacious type who can't accept some things simply aren't for sale and regardless if what's told makes an offer then raises it. This was one of those occasions. The sales team usually bat it back with the same response and fill me in when I'm in town having a coffee at CCS.
Offers like this don't surprise me. There are fewer on the market and if the mechanics are asked if it's a good one...well you can guess what they would say lol!
I have a lovely watch i bought to wear for my wedding. It's turned out to be prudent investment worth perhaps three times today what I paid for it 0 years ago. It's only of academic interest as I would never sell it due to sentimental reasons - same as the 993 really...

P.S. Last formal valuation was 3 months ago at 90k (which will be raised shortly I hope to 100 in light of additional improvements) so go figure.
Thing I've leArnt over the years everyone interested when something's not for sale they say take my number and you do and call them one day when you want to sell and all of a sudden money is a problem!!!

Yes that's part of my strategy this week when I ask them to do it again. Unfortunately it's not feasible to get such offers in writing as the sales guys know it's a waste of there time...
