Euromarque seem to be a bit heavy on their pricing however. Their 993 C2 with 164k km was overpriced IMO at 89K. I think they got just over 80K for it but Paul may know. Their 993TT earlier in the year was well over too and I heard that moved for around $25K less than asking!

If I were looking for a collectors car of this model/year I might buy it, but I wouldn't pay 90K for it. 70-75K maybe...
Wow! That's more than I thought you would go to Macca. When I first saw the ad I thought it was a genuine Carrera 3.0 and got excited. That would be up there price wise for me.

Regarding the lack of numbers for the Targa Tour this year. I know there's been a lot of talk about it but I will miss catching up with people after a good days racing / touring. Tall stories at the end of a day, or during, with likeminded people is a big part of the attraction for me. On the bright side, literally, people won't miss Mark and I in the blue rocket now

Yeah Glenn and Ive revised down. I got suckered! The TM add says 3.0 in the text and 3800cc at the to of the listing. It says its done 104,000km when its

Carjam says its NZ new has 5 seats no VIN and is 2066cc! Makes no mention of the speedo being miles.

The car isnt a C3, isnt NZ new or low km mileage. However it does look to be in lovely condition on face value. Penig mechanical inspection and a history file has to be worth every $$$ of ..... 55K?

That's more like it. Euromarque appear to have a speculative pricing model.

The Vin is for a 1979 SC Coupe, and it was first registered in NZ in Dec '79 so I think it is NZ new or very close to.

A speedo in miles doesn't rule out NZ new. Mr black is NZ new and had a speedo change in its early days. Bit of a mystery why but poss spares out of US are cheaper.

Jason, please post a pic of Mr Blue with the best representation of paint colour. I will use that for the banner order.

Dropped Mr Black into Giltraps for a geo today. Turns out they now have scale pads and can do corner balancing. Peter is still there but i am having mine done by an American tech who is well credentialed performing suspension setups for Porsche Cup and Maclaren race teams in the US. Seems very knowledgeable. Looking forward to see how it turns out.

Sounds like a good option to go to the next level. By the time I've done shocks, spring plates and control arm bushes it will be much needed.

That looks like quite a nice track weapon though even if you can't bring it to the road.
