look at the guy that takes his 996 off-roading with a rooftop tent on top. Different strokes for different folks, it’s what makes life fun. Maybe his kids love riding in the Porsche and were excited to go get a tree with it.
Finally got around to wiring up the MOST HUR and installing the basic, single-DIN Alpine head unit to replace the broken PCM my car came with.
While the radio was out, I took apart the climate control module and replaced the sticky buttons.
I still had some free time, so I pulled the console out and installed the Numeric shifter that was sitting on my workbench.
Interior is back together (with no extra screws!) and everything works great. There's now a single head unit with modern capability (USB, Bluetooth, etc.) and no screen in the car (I get enough screentime at work).
Finished the compound stage of paint correction, took it to Laguna Seca, had a blast, then trial fitted my Getty Design aero wing.
Big changes coming for her in the next few weeks.
