Leather door spears. Not too bad to install. Now just want the visors, steering column surround, fuse and mirror adjustments.
Needed a new drivers due to scratching of the plastic. Got them used for not much more than 2 plastic spears.

Thanks! Second time doing it. I just used a soldering gun to detach and reattach. I know you used screws but this way I didn’t have to worry about depth.
Much easier than it looks. Taking off the panel is just as hard as replacing the spears.

I've done it 4 times - melting once and screws three times. What I like about the screws is the ability to fine tune the tension at each attachment point to get the spear fit into the panel.just right.
