• oe extinguisher mount with larger oe supplier extinguisher
• Rennline adjustable accelerator and other pedal covers
• new inner sill plate. Original was super scuffed despite only 15k miles on the car

really beautiful
Thanks!!
first…. Wash with soap and water, then dry
second…. Liberally apply Brasso on wool and use circular motion. The bronze wool won’t scratch the stainless.

I had to remove the top red piece on the accelerator. My foot kept hitting it when I braked.

Just a query, I hope they are using paint depth gauges if they are correcting paint each year.

Had my lenses swapped for new ones and my internal headlights upgraded to something a bit brighter.

they don't correct paint for the renewals. Mostly, touching up the coating and taking care of scratches.

Besides, what's the worst that can happen. . I'll have a metal colored car?

Not specifically for the 997, but relaoded my stainless fasteners case that I use on all the cars. Have all different kinds of screws, washers, nuts, etc from M2.5 through M8 (less used M10s and M12s are in a different case).

Anytime I remove a fastener, I pretty much replace it with a stainless one with loctite or anti-seize depending on the application, as I'll be the one removing it again next time since I'll have these cars forever. I never deal with a rusted or seized fastener the second time around which is well with the cost difference in time and aggravation.

The exception being grade 10 or 12 high-strength fasteners like for seat mounting, seatbelts, etc.

I usually use these socket cap screws as their easier to get at on weird angles with ball end Allen wrenches.

Albany County Fasteners is my supplier as their quality is excellent and their pricing very good. If you compare these to the Chinese ones from Amazon, there's really no comparison.
