Cut out a piece of crushed fuel line (the REAL reason the PO parked her in 93...dummy). Brazed a hump on the fuel line and clamped on a piece of fuel hose.

Also installed the new-to-me accumulator (Thanks Brian!), and new fuel filter.....

I tried to replace both coils. Got one swapped out and started on the other one. When I went to put the nuts on the two terminal posts, one of the nuts no longer fit - it was too large. Hmmm. As it turns out, both my old coils had different sized posts - the positive was a larger diameter than the negative. So did one of the new ones, but not the other. So, I'm waiting on a replacement to match what was on the car before along with the other one that was provided.

I don't know if it makes a difference or not. Making this more weird was that the part numbers, both old and new, all match. Here's a pic of the coil that will be going back, note the same size diameter terminal posts:

They are that way as the cables have different size holes to ensure they are put on the right posts...

Brought mine home from the paint shop,

They were too busy to get to it. Guess I am gonna work on the interior for now as time affords.

Glad she's home. It got hugs from my boys

Nothing profound today.
Changed out some old hoses and clamps at the coolant reservoir prophylactically.

Last night:
poured new coolant after changing the coolant level o-ring, pressure now holds! Also installed new PS Pressure line and cleaned area where ps pump are going.

This evening:
Finished putting in resealed steering pump and delco alternator tonight, bled the steering system. Found the oil pressure sender wires to be frayed to death, going to reconstruct wire with new connectors tomorrow then test voltage and i should be good for my friends concert tomorrow .

Fixed shifter on my Euro 5 spd. Front ball cup replaced! PITA to get to, but all the more proud that it's done now.
