I bought a 1/2 price heat gun, removed the old 944S logo, cleaned and installed the Jager Eng updated letters...sweet! Pics to come.

Thanks, waiting on ups to deliver the connection piece before I can start the install process. My problem at the moment is getting the red o-ring around the throttle body to stay in place long enough to push it back on the intake manifold =/

Wetting the o-ring actually did the trick long enough for me to tighten things back down. Got the oil filter housing back on as well. Basically ready to put the replacement cylinder head on and put everything else back together.

finally got it running on all 4 cylinders and stripped/painted most of the interior panels and plastics. took it out for the 1st time and discovered a 2.5l that chips em through 3rd gear- also very nicely balanced in the corners. so far this car my be one of my favorites ive ever owned.
