i rerouted my heater core hoses so my vents stop blowing hot are all the time, and i tightened up the throttle body cam so the engine wouldn't race...the flaps weren't closing all the way so the engine would idle way high...now it's nice and fixed!

Swore at my rear suspension for binding to the chasis while I tried to remove it for tt refurbishment.

Why didn't they design the tt to bolt to the rear aluminium trans cover???

Wondered that myself when I was doing the clutch. Is it just a press fit? Really had my mind on other things at the time, didn't look closely

I replaced the wheel bearings, pads, and rotors today. Found out one of the previous owners replaced the front pads with THREE different brand of pads. One was a Pagid; the others were no name. And the two that matched still weren't on the same rotor.

While doing something else, I decided to take a look at my caster blocks to see if they had been upgraded. One had... The upgraded one actually looked to be in worse shape than the stock one. I wonder if that is where my squeak is coming from. That's my next to do.

Front sway bar got readjusted. This should help rid the car's serious push.
Inside of the rear wheels are now painted white, with the rattle can stuff. They'll get real paint on the faces. (white with a pearl coat)
I think I'll fore-go redoing the wiring harness until winter, so the engine might get buttoned up later tonight.
