Removed the torque tube and pushed out the driveshaft on my S2.
After briefly using Clark's method for banging out the shaft with a mallet (very slow progress), I figured that there must be a better way......
Also found that you only need a 1.2m long piece of galv pipe, and using a scissor jack is way better for your tt and way better for your arms.
Also found that the front bearing bushing had completely disintegrated - only shavings of plastic remain.

Removed the oil cooler in order to replace the seals. Currently stuck trying to get the connecting pipe out, damn thing will spin in place but refuses to pull out of the engine block.
EDIT: Got it out, but I have to buy a replacement as I had to damage it in order to get it out. Good thing it's only a $10 item.

Tried removing the bearings from my torque tube. After 2 hours of manual wrenching I got all four within 10cm of the end and couldn't get them any further. This procedure sucks. Will have to try with a 16mm threaded rod instead of the cheaper 12mm one I bought that just twists under load. Might also need to buy an impact wrench and compressor.
Did I mention that this TT rebuild procedure sucks? I could rebuild the engine in less time when you consider all the parts that need to be removed.
EDIT: Got the suckers out finally - all by hand. Front bearing was cactus - middle 2 good, back one about to fail.

Assembled the electronics for my digital boost gauge, and installed my Curtis event counter(Knock Counter).. just need to wire it up to pin 15, turn my boost back up and refine the fuel and ignition maps...
