    Dear Spencer: I'm in somewhat of a bind. I need the inner and outer spacer rings for the stub axle shaft on my rear suspension. Pelican parts says they are NLA and refunded me my money...I would really like to acquire a new pair or some that aren't all beat to crap like the ones I have..any suggestions? Thanks, Rich Nunn

    On 951 or other nice Porsches with the headlight nozzles...

    do you have a secondary switch or control for spraying the headlights ?

    Is it correct to assume these nozzles don't spray simultaneously when you wash your windshield?

    Hey Spencer, we've never met before, but I was wondering if there's any trick you know to getting those turbo mounting bolts off of a 951. I'm having a tough time, and waking the bolts up is not really working. If you have any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Do you still live in San Diego or no?

    I have a 1984 944 N/A. It had a blown head gasket. Still had oil pressure, just a pin hole oil leak in the back. The only reason I found out was smoke from the oil dripped on the exhaust.

    I just replaced the head gasket, timing belts, fuel injectors, battery, distributor cap and ignition wires and I can't get the car to start. I followed Clarks Garage instructions with the belts and I'm pretty confident it's not the timing.

    It would be great to have a second set of eyes to see where I went wrong.

    Good afternoon,
    If you're looking to sell the 3.0 with the rebuilt head, I'm interested in some information regarding it. What are you including with the engine for what price? Mileage on the bottom end? Condition of the bores when you had it apart? What was done to the head when it was rebuilt? Would you be able to crate it to ship?

    Spencer - If you're still in the business of wrenching on other people's cars, I'm interested in finding a So Cal wrench to assemble my 944S. Engine is out and completely disassembled. Bores were good, pistons, too. Had to buy a used set of cams - they might need a grind... Anyway - would like to talk to you about the project and see if you have the time to help me get it back on the road. Not sure how to contact you directly. Will read through the boards... Car (and all the pieces) are in my garage in the San Pedro area.

    Dear Spencer: I will be installing my 3piece OPRV in my '86 sideplate adapter pretty soon. Is it necessary to use the alignment tool on this or is that just primarily for the cars using the oil/water cooler unit. I am asking this because you have apparently done this already and have better knowledge than I do. Thanks, Rich Nunn
