Bit of a quiet Monday so I'll jam a photo in. Just returned from the first leg of the summer holidays. The T has clicked over 1100 miles from the rebuild and not missed a beat. Long list of things to accomplish in the next few days at home in preparation for the festival - mainly finish the dash restoration.

Yeah, I think I saw it for sale a while back, or maybe it was one close to that.
Reality is I can't really justify near a grand for a new PP. Still a bit more to spend on the car yet.

^^^ I think this car best sums up what is so special about a Singer. This car is a blatant rip-off with many correct-ish bits like the mirrors, yet the rear arches are wrong and the bumpers don't quite fit correctly and you end up with a kit-car, and not a work of art (JMHO)...........

Back to 996 GT3 suspension threads.........

one of the guys at ccs bought and is restoring a high mileage red 964 earlier this year. can't remember the mileage but it was extreme maybe 400 km, a daily driver of an architect. car is looking good now though on mesh wheels.

Ahh I see... no not mine. I've had a few over the years PSH911, PSH944, 9ELVEN and finally found one I liked with FLT6. I thought even if the 993 sold I'd keep the plates for the next one. I really wanted FLAT6 which is sadly on a Subi

But I hear ya at the new RRP of nearly $1k. They used to be much better priced but I guess as the good plates got bought up they've had to ramp the prices to maintain the revenue.
