Nik - For future reference, you need to get there from between 9.30 - 10.30. After this time - people start drifting off.
Cough, cough, an 8th of a day? To be fair it was advertised from 10am till 1pm. Anyway . . .
I read somewhere that a shower came over, so maybe a lot of people left then?
I also saw a red 80's narrow body 911 with an intercooler in the front of it. Does anyone know anything about this car?

If any of the 993 fraternity hear about you being beaten by 964's or 996's - you shall be disowned...............(no pressure and have fun......)

You need to Steve Wong chip the car too - makes a massive difference in how these cars feel.

Here's some inspiration for you............
Haha thanks Paul & Macca. By the looks of the last email entry update might only be 4 Pcars total. I'll fly the flag. Great Monday morning motivation pics too Paul. When the clutch goes I'll have to do the chip, LWFW etc.

I made it up for Foo Fighters too and did the Saturday morning pilgrimage to Great North Road. 991 GT3, Cayman, 997 GT3RS and nice to see a 991 GTS there in the flesh too.

It would be nice if Macan's were the same price here as they are in the US. I'll just wait until they are a bit cheaper used for a nice daily I think.

Welcome to the forum new people, you'll quickly find it's tricky to keep up here, constant track talk, in Hondas!

Also reminds me that I forgot to mention we have got on the list for a GT4 also. Choosing the options now, it's not easy and some of them may need to be negotiated on price (Clubsport package!) but we shall see. Right now I'm thinking blue with some core track spec, even though it probably won't go there much, to expensive to not be worried about it, think I need me an Integra!

Yeah, the SC. On the last Doug run the brakes went soft not long into a windy road sortie and it's probably well old too. Looking ahead to the next day at HD where the SC will make it's track debut so getting a few things sorted now.

It just loses it's additional benefits in proportion to how much of the DOT4 is mixed in with it. I run it pure, but wouldn't hesitate to top up with a good DOT 4 (eg RBF 600) if my fluid level was down too far and I didn't have any SRF to hand.

Leong72 and Chris (Moochier) - welcome aboard. Can't add much to Paul's prophecies of what the corrupting influence of the NZ Rennlisters will drag you into, but I look forward to riding shotgun as we find out.
Thanks Walter, actually I didn't know all that. Probably did once but in one ear and straight out the other is about where I'm at these days.

Good Lead Walter, Segedins have it for $93 plus GST for a litre. I imagine and old SC would use just a sip of that.

I never really took to yankee metal but cruising through Segedins website and seeing the price of 330 bhp crate motors for $5k is a bit enlightening. This hobby could have been a bit easier on the wallet had I gone bogan when a youngster.

I did see what looked to be a could of Rennlisters? Sliver 997 Turbo, a 994 and a 964?
Yes it rained about 10:30-11:00 and half the cars bailed. It was super packed before then

Great work Stuart! Just sent you a PM. That's four of us with inbound GT4. I hope you beat them down on price!

Warwick, before you change fluid, check out the speed bleeder posting a while back on the 964 forum. Fitting those allows you to fully bleed C4 brake systems without a Hammer.
