Same here. There seems to be an inverse relationship between questions asked and bids placed.

If it is worth less than $200 we just get the Hospice to pick it up or put it by the side of the road.

I'm getting the 996TT serviced on Wednesday. In prep for sale. I will put it up for sale for one week at what I consider to be a fair fixed price of $48,000. I still expect to through the typical crap with selling cars but am holding fast. It's worth that to me as a commuter so the possibility that no-one else agrees won't cause any heartbreak.

I agree with your pricing strategy and methodology John. Price seems very fair. I have limited patience for selling stuff on TM. Ill probably have a big clean out when back in NZ and list a number of items for sale but don't relish the thought particularly.

I was wondering, has anyone purchased Automobilsport magazine in New Zealand?

On the subject of Hondas, if anyone has a size 6-8 pit girl lying around (that's 6 to 8 not 68), I'll supply the Honda Racing T-shirt for the 14th.

Of course, if she's also an A grade mechanic I'll marry her...

The 993 is not too far removed from a 1970 911T?

Oh what I wouldn't do for a Singer! Well out of my pay grade Im afraid. Id have to sell the 993 AND the GT3 and would still be 150K and a donor car shy of the mark!

Well Ive entered and paid deposit for the Targa Bambina (in the 993 - ye of little faith!).

Anyone else finding the Targa registration site a bit of a mare? I deposit the finds not CC and it seems like the two processes are quite disparate...

Buba. I'm disappointed. I thought you would be very pleased that my 993 C2 is generating interest at the lofty price of 150,000 Pacific Pesos LOL! Surely it means interest in manual 993 Carrera C2's iis alive and well :-)

As always my taste in cars is 100% in intact. Well it is to me anyhow :-)

It's not about the money honey - it's about 993 love..............

Here are some photos of the blue Singapore manual C4 with the funny side skirts (now removed).

This car is seriously tidy...........
