When I bought my car, it was for sale for two or three months as I recall. The seller was a flaming a-hole, and would not let the car move an inch for any drive, PPI, nada. He had just bought it from Isringhausen as a CPO then found a mint .2 GT3RS, so let the car I bought from him go. I checked the paint and bought it. Then the next month the pricing climb started. It's a challenge to give a bunch of money to a self-centered west-side LA dentist.

Yes. So petty. The dentist said it was in storage with a bunch of crap that he didn't care about, and that he was going to let it go. I had to pay the bill or half or something.
It turned out the window sticker was still at the dealer and Joe Isringhausen sent it to me. Of course I found this out later. Even they said he was a piece of work.
I was pissed at the time, until the value of the car started to go up $2500 a month. I was so annoyed I had to bounce it off you guys.

Steels/sofas, but car looks brand new.
I have had 2 inquiries (local to me).
Thanks in advance.
Yes, no offense. I'd expect that car to be sub $200k.

I am not actively selling (huge 997 fan), but I was looking for a what would I sell for price, that number is higher than market IMO. Seems like 225k is too high.
Plastic, but interior is pristine.
I do not know what MRP means? The shop hat did my ppf also does several personal collections and was surprised at my overall paint condition.

At this exact moment in time I would be surprised if I saw a .2 push over $200k without leather - most guys w/that much to spend really like the luxury GTS feel, chrono, sofas etc otherwise they would be bumping up to an RS imo
