What's one to do with that car? Park it and wait for it to rise some more?
Burning Brakes
Someone who's looking to buy this more than likely already has a ton of cool exotics to drive and can just leave this one sit in their collection. We'll see it FS again in a few years with seven miles added to the OD.

A little surprised they didn't pull the cage out of it to better fit with the pampered creampuff image.

Salvage title Gt Silver .1 GT3 on Cars and Bids. Carfax says it sustained “minor” damage to the front end and roof last year. From the photos the front end was minor, but the roof was caved in a bit.

As gnarly as the roof looks in the pics, how much do you think the structural integrity of the car was compromised? I'm comforted by the fact that it wasn't a high-speed impact, but I have no idea what would go into repairing roof damage and how to diligence if it was fixed properly.
My '04 GT3 just got totaled, so looking hard at a 997 GT3 as a replacement. This would be a forever vehicle, so not concerned about resale value as long as it's at a low enough price.

IIRC this car sold somewhere near $70k with the damage.
Any thoughts on where the market is these days for a 997.2 GT3?

I’m terrified of this as there’s metal beams on the ceiling of my garage. Mark a spot on the lift so I always know where to lift it. A point where it leaves enough space on the bottom and above my cars roof. Maybe not enough for an SUV or truck, but enough for a normal size or sports car.
