I actually think is very well priced for the condition and options.
If car's clean, this GT3 is almost like a free car to drive the next three years. If anyone's 997 frunk struts are at all failing, it's the easiest fix under $100 to take care of on your own.
Carrara White .1 RS with 1,905 miles. Basic spec with the only real options being the color and full leather. Looks to have a roll bar, CGT style seats, aftermarket wheels, and the camber and rear wing angle look more aggressive. They are asking $346k. Interesting as this one doesn’t have the optional bi-xenon headlights which come with the headlight washers. Over 90% of .1 RS’ have this option, but this one doesn’t.

Super cool example, especially with the Clubsport seats. With this low of mileage though, I bet it would do better with at least stock wheels. Ideally, completely stock, but such a low mileage example with so many mods, I think will make it challenging to pull top dollar. Funny enough, I looked in the data and it appears there's 30+ lower MSRP 997.1 RS' than this, even though this one is pretty low optioned.
Like I did with a .2 RS I added up all the options on a .1 RS that I would want to see how much it would’ve cost back in the day. Unfortunately like the .2 RS I did this specification doesn’t exist either.

I am glad I passed. I would have likely sunk $10k to address some of those items. Better off finding a cleaner example and paying up.
This car is super clean and well priced. You won’t find another one this clean for the price. I guarantee it’s already sold and people are in line. Based on your comment get ready to pay a substantial amount over the asking price of this one. Most of the insignificant issues on this car can be taken care for less than $2k to include tires.

I would buy silver wheels, replace all four tires, and have the wheel rewrapped in alcantara. Not to include any service items. The car sold yesterday!

I think some people forget these are 16 year old+ cars. Some sellers will be on top of maintenance based on years/mileage, others won’t. I put $5k+ into my car as soon as I got mine (tires, 24k service, front brakes), but it was otherwise a super clean car. Just had some deferred maintenance, which I chose to take care of for problem free years of driving and ripping around like a maniac 👀. And I’d do it all over again as long as the car was clean mechanically and cosmetically, with no accident history.
Have to pay to play with these cars, but what you put in, you get back 10 fold. But just my opinion.

The Green .1 RS that Merit Partners has is the same one that Porsche Monterey had last year with 11k miles and an accident reported on the Carfax. They had it for quite some time and was priced at $330k for a while. Merit Partners now has it priced at $350k.
It’s remarkable to me that a small handful of dealers are literally creating and driving the market for these cars. Unbelievable inefficiencies.
