I continue to hurt my car’s resale value by adding on the miles!

The first time I drove my 997 I knew I would have to improve the shift feel, just not precise or sporty enough of a feeling to me. So first I went with semi solid engine mounts, but yesterday I installed a numeric shifter. First I tried the center setting and that was worlds better, but after trying the shortest setting that, while requiring a little more effort was just what I was looking for in shift feel. Funny to say but just that change has made the little piggy a lot more fun the drive. I love it

Funny, I just lowered my Numeric to the lowest setting a few days ago and added the BFI heavier shift **** and it is so much better! The OEM shift **** is just too light and all plastic. The BFI is all steel and feels great.

OK, you've got me shopping now

Curious: did you go just w/the shifter or with the shifter+cable pack?

With color-sand and polishing completed, a thorough wash removed all the polishing residue and now ready for the ceramic coating application.

New titanium lug bolts are also going in. Can't wait to get the car back.
