Took the long way to get fuel, then burned off a quarter tank as quickly as I could...

Fister mod complete. I'll add more pics in my thread and will share sound clips.

So shiny.

Cell phone/GoPro audio never do it justice.

I'm really happy with then.
Odd, mine were 3M tape and the black high grade caulking for the seams. Where did you get yours from? I used Top End Motorsports.

I got mine straight from the manufacturer in Germany so that might be why the supplied adhesive differs. 3M tape would make the installation a lot easier.

Oil/filter change. Transmission gear oil change. Brake bleed.

Decided the F1 tranny mount inserts are either a two man job - one on the jack and one at the mounts - or need to use a lift.

Will report back if any improvement shifting with oil change.

Complete fluid flush and radiator hose replacement
complete pulley replacement w/ serpentine belt
water pump and thermostat
tamdem oil pump
O2 sensors

put my new lift to good use but it was a hell of a job. Just waiting for some warmer days to enjoy it now.

Easier with the bumper off? Looks like you had great access.

Much easier with bumper off. Water pump and tandem oil pump are difficult with bumper and engine plate. To be honest having your engine hanging in the wind while you work is a bit stressful but I took my time and used extreme caution. I also worked over the course of several weeks.

For sure easier with the bumper off. Did fresh plugs, coil packs, water-pump, belt as preventative maintenance. Bumper had to come off to get to a few of the pesky fasteners and headers had to come off for just a couple of the plugs (dang it), so, fresh ceramic coating on the new Soul headers (thanks Brian!). Mounted fresh Girodisc 350mm replacement rings with Pagid 29's all around, fresh gear-side oil and fresh DCT for the PDK. Generally. getting her ready for the season opener for me at Road Atlanta PCA 3 day event April 8-10. Hope to see some of you there.

I don't think you can say "tranny oil" anymore... :-)
