Thanks @Petza914. I'll never be near even a small fraction of your expertise, but I really enjoy seeing what you're doing and hearing your rationale for "why." It's a great way for people like me to learn along the way and build up a bit of confidence in the more mundane projects.
Don’t think so, other than fabricating some yourself. I think the Zunsports are worth it.
Exactly. I had already bought mesh screen from Home Depot, and a few other parts to use to fabricate a set ourselves based on some pretty good write-ups here. The more one looks at the options, and then just how good the Zunsports are (their welds, clip system, etc.), I actually do believe there's 'value' in spending $300 on them. Took me bringing home about $18 in DIY materials and a few months going back and forth in my head to figure that out, though...
Nerve wrecking wrenching for hours.. Changed spark plugs for the first time. Took out rear bumper, tires and side mufflers for easy access. All these were new to me. But in the end, I was glad I took all of those off. I don't know how some change plugs w/o taking those off as it seemed really tight space.
I posted elsewhere about how I wasn't able to take the wheels off at all. But today I took them out no problem using torque multiplier. It was a life changer!
Old spark plugs looked ok although the diodes look grey and dry. And some dark soot got accumulated. The previous owner used R5 instead of R6. I supposed R5 is hotter one. I don't know why. When I drove it after putting all back together, the car idled more stable and performance difference was not discernable.
I managed to place the floor jack crooked to crush the side air skirt a little cuz the wood block I placed on top of the jack slipped.. I was proud of myself but ended up getting angry.. Constant harassment by my kids while I was doing that lost me my focus.
It's absolutely not worth my time doing that but I wanted to do it to learn. I'm sure I can cut my time less than half next time I do this.

Nice work.
In Bosch plugs, a lower number is colder and a higher number is hotter. I've never found a colder Bosch plug for our cars that has the same rest of the specs with thread type, gap, reach, etc. What's the long number on the plugs that came out.
Post pics of the plug ends with the accumulated spot with which cylinder each came out of.

I will find it out tonight and post it. The size, shape and diode's configuration all looked identical to R6 I installed.
