Sounds good. Look for used Tubi systems in the marketplace. They pop up every now and then. I put my -06 C4S back to stock when I traded it and then sold the Tubi. I think I got $1,500 for it. New is about $2,500 I believe. And don't forget spacers when you lower it. The drop tends to tuck the wheels further into the well.

Hey Sandwedge, thanks for the info, I'm going to go with the H&Rs. Tubi exhaust eh, I can see this getting expensive! Im also doing some trim mods internally. It's literally going to be called the blackmobile! Not going to put pics up until all the work is done but I'll keep you updated. Cheers, Nas

    Hi Nasman,

Congrats on your purchase. My -06 C4S was lowered with H&R springs. That's about a 1.25" drop all around. Didn't have side skirts though as far as I remember. Did have Tubi exhaust though which was killer on that car.

    Hi Sandwedge

Love your GTS but have just purchased an 07 C4S manual. Currently running on 19" Porsche designs. Really looking to do the same kind of setup as you had with your 06 including the RS98s. Can you remember what you lowered it too and on what springs?? Also, looks like you had the skirts painted on one pic but not on the other. I'm in London, UK so not sure if I would be able to get same kind of set up due to the road bumps we have here but really want to try as without doubt, your set up with the wheels filling the arches is the best I have ever seen. Thanks. Nasman

Never got a good explanation of what went wrong with it except that it was "probably electronically related" based on the fault codes they pulled from it. Prices for replacements have come down a bit but be prepared for 10K to 12K if you're not under warranty.

Wanted to ask about the problem you mentioned with your PDK needing replaced under warranty. Looking to get a GTS within the next few weeks and concerned about getting one without warranty. Just wondered if you ever got word on the cause.. or had any warning about it going out.

    Hi Sandwedge,

I am purchasing the GA1r's for my GTS as love the look and offset on your vehicle, my car is silver (wish it was black). I wanted to know which size wheels (width?) you went with and which offset, I like the offset of yours. I was initially going to go with gunmetal in satin finish but may go with midnight silver, did you get gloss or satin finish?
