All of the Christmas stuff inspired me to go site in the car, run it, and listen to some tunes...

Sparked right up, factory Porsche charger is still rocking it nineteen years later.

^ I have two of those sitting on a shelf, along with an RSR. No time to build them as much as I'd like to. Maybe they will be worth something unopened some day.

i have the RSR built hanging on the wall behind my desk as wall art. i also bought the targa but dunno if i want to build the 911 or do the mod as a countach.

I have the GT3 hanging on my wall in the garage. It took me like 3 years to get that thing finished. I wanted the RSR, but no way I have the time to build it.

Oh my! Regular 458 Italia makes better noises, but holy crap this car wants to go!

I got two of these way back on the day of the VIP launch
I customized a little bit so I have a no-spoiler wide-body and a targa with the whale tail.

Garage time installing my Christmas present to myself...

QRT-C Performance for the passenger side to match the drivers seat I installed a few months ago.. This one is going in on all Sparco hardware: Base plate, sliders, and QRT specific side plates. Still need to finalize the belt receptacle placement, either on the base plate or drill a hole on the side plate.

Loving these seats so far! They look *perfect* in the 996 Turbo, Carbon fiber back and italian leather/Alcantara cover . Really hold you in, but not as deep of a bucket as some other race seats I've tried so getting in and out isn't ridiculous, especially since don't have a removable steering wheel.

I'll take some more pictures once finished.

I lent my tt to a good friend to drive for a few days. We were talking some time ago and I asked him what his dream car was. He pointed to my car and said 'that is my dream car'.

That car gives me so much joy. I wanted to share that with him by letting him drive it for 4 days. I get it back Saturday.

Just the usual conditions, like getting it back the way I gave it to him. lol...
