you will have to cut your fender liners, but you would route them in front of the intercoolers...

ill try to find a picture.

Looks like the air filter will be drawing hot air directly off the IC...

Is this an off the shelf plastic elbow or a custom 3d-printed one? Very cool and minimalistic design. Heat soak would only be an issue sitting in traffic or very low speeds.

Edit: found online kit sold by Protomotive

Yeah, yeah, the Turbo is just background in the picture, but getting to take a spin in the Diablo was glorious!

Did you drive or were you a passenger in the Diablo?

Is that a yellow Miura back there? My all time dream car. Or a Pantera perhaps. Yes, a Pantera I think, the 1970's AMC door handles give it away.

Both.... The car is an absolute beast! Early rear-wheel drive Diablo.

Pantera... Though a Miura is on the wish list for the guy who owns the Diablo, so maybe in the next year or two...

Diablo has been on my list since I was a kid, but they've kept creeping up beyond my grasp. Oh well, super nice to look at

I love my fenderwell intakes. you definitely get a lot of intake noise with them. Most people cut a hole in the intercooler ducts for the filters but I didn't want to do that and I think they get plenty of air from under the car. The filters get dirty fast though, I need to clean them every 2500 miles or so.

Yea, another thread about open filters. Again, I run an open filter on my car for many years. With 4.5" bell coolers, I rarely see any heatsoak unless the car is sitting idling for some time.

Well, the new front rubber came in, 235/40 and I can immediately see the difference between them, and the 245s, so happy.

Now, I have a pair of 245/40s in 660rt flavour looking for a new home... Less than 200kms on them... PM me if interested...

Nice! What are your rim specs and why are you downsizing? What are you running in the rear?
