-I got this car cover since 2008 and still in good shape. Love it but be careful if you wash it. My wife use the washing machine in "gentle" selection and unfortunately the Porsche logo sticker start coming off ;-(

Thanks for the tip! Hoping I won't need to wash this often. The fabric feels very soft and delicate. A bit nicer than I expected. I'm pleasantly surprised.
do i even want to know how much something like that even costs?
what company does that?
Well, it helps that I have access to 35 engineers and a myriad of CAD equipped PC's. Also helping is that I have a friend that has a series of CNC machines, so really all I had to do was find the blanks and a 25 ton press...
Easy peasy... Sort of.
All in costs were a little over $2500 Canadian; if I cut my rate to $100/hr CDN, to factor in measurements, design and shipping, let's say another 10 hours (probably a little conservative), so all in $3500CDN.
And with that being said, if I were to do it again, I would change a couple of design elements on the spokes - I would shave the insides of them.
My inspiration for the design comes from the design of the 2005 GT2 wheel.
