The G is big enough to live in; I'd make that point to your lady wife...

I had a g55. I loved that thing even with its issues. I like the supercharged motor over the twin turbos. Plus that older motor is dead reliable.
Here is my setup. Recaro pole position (FIA - narrow version), stock seat belt receptacle. It fits but is quite tight. I like the positioning of the receptacle, but wish they were thinner or there was just an extra 1cm of room to allow them to move. I am able to slide the seats fore/aft, but the receptacle then gets shifted and has to be adjusted again as it is wedged. Luckily I never adjust my seats so it's not really an issue. I suppose I could look at modifying the seat brackets or having custom ones made that shift the seat outward by 1cm.

Looks, road presence, off road dominance, the G is your vehicle.
Actually the cabin is quite small/narrow IMHO. I can easily read across to open the passenger doors. It's tall. Roof height is high. It's a truck in that respect. If you are looking for lots of leg and hip room, comfy ride, easy access to via the rear door, barely acceptable turning circle and mileage. The G is not your vehicle.

-15 degrees in Minnesota today... So I put air in the Blizzaks, connecting the battery charger, putting a small electric space heater at the rear of "Toodles" to warm up the oil pan, spent about an hour changing out the master headlight switch (thank you YouTube!) and drove to the gas station to fill 'er up! Damn, I love this car!

Dropped the Carrera off for paint. Good-bye, sweet prince.
Great product for polishing your tips. I had a bunch of surface corrosion from the salt/muck, shined them up for the car meet on Sunday. Learned about this stuff when we had to polish pipes and taps at basic training...
All shined up for the Cars and Coffee on Sunday!

Normal household kitchen foil drenched in water is good at removing deposits on exhaust tips without scratching up the steel

Today I started it, sat in it until the engine was warm, and tapped the throttle many times for the vroom vroom effect...
