Price is in Canadian, so ~$22 000 USD

Agreed regarding the blue interior. Some people will pass on it for that reason.

Most (or all) of us on this 996 forum are patently not driving the 997 3.8.

OT: Honda knows a thing or two about motors, suspension, and design. Ever drive an NSX or S2000?

I watched the Hagerty video on the Honda S500 the other day. Now I want one. Roller bearing crank!

I had an ‘05 S2000 a few years ago.
A nice 100% stock, low mileage example in New Formula Red.
It was a really fun and reliable car with one of the best transmissions ever.
Driving twisty backroads and rowing through the gears was a blast.

After 4 years and 20K miles, sold it for more than I paid for it.
I really missed it until the 996 (which is a much better car )

Does a Honda QA-50 count . 50cc's, 4-stroke, 2-speed semi-automatic -- need I say more?

That was my first mini-bike, bought it in the '70's very used for $50.

Now they sell on BaT for $5k (https://rennlist.com/forums/newreply...ply&p=17747828).

Shows how, what was once the oddball, becomes coveted (tying it in a bit to the 996 (not that I ever personally thought the 996 was an oddball)).
