PURCHASED IT!!! Then put 1,000 miles on the odometer from KY, where I bought it, to all over Ohio including a car show, Cars & Coffee, my buddies garage to check codes, all fluids, etc. After being on the road for 42 hours… I took it home and we both had a well deserved NAP!! 😎. Tomorrow I’m gonna get it registered and put tags on… forgot about that part! LOL!!!
Love the spoiler. Car is Paladio Metallic. It had 32,300 miles at pick up… had.
Speedlines & TechArt whale tail spoiler.
Nicely optioned.
Window sticker. On sale 75% off!
That’s my 928 Euro behind it…. Yeah, I’m blessed!!

Pulled off a driveway at a bad angle- being so low with this front bumper is not a good combination. Damn near tore my bumper off so I had to replace the bumper bracket which wasn't too bad. Just happy the bumper stayed in one piece [kind of surprised tbh] lol

Well, it's not what I did today, but what Flat 6 Innovations has been doing...
Before and afters...
The transformation is always amazing. Somehow these pictures are more exciting when they are of your own engine. It won't be long now!!! Christmas in August!! Thanks Jake, Jud, and team!
Now I need to take driving lessons.

Conditioned the leather.
It’s amazing that a car that was built 23 years ago still has these nice looking interiors. Anyway after speaking with a company that re dyes Conditions interiors, I spent the afternoon conditioning my seats. Anyway show you a few pics of before and after driver seat. These will do for now but a rep from the company will be coming my way to look at the interior and tell me about further improvement. They have a scanner that looks at your leather where is best and then mixes the dye. Then after they apply the dye, they put a protective coat on top. Kind of like clear coat on paint.

After. As you can imagine the driver seat is the worst.

Eagle One Products
Yeah I used eagle one leather cleaner first. Then the conditioner. Eagle one is out of Carlsbad, real high tech products. Advance Auto Parts and Autozone carry their products. I use to sell this stuff, they were own by Valvoline. Anyway, I prefer to use a separate cleaner and then a conditioner. The cleaner has to have a balance PH because if not it messes up the fibers. What I currently have in My garage are the professional products which are better than the retail DIY you buy at the part stores. Once I meet with the guy from the Newer company that is redying these interiors and I see the results, I will post it. I went to Eagleone.com, they are no longer making these products they have downsize their operation and also seem that they got out of the PRO business. I would suggest to watch some videos from Chicago Auto Pros to see what leather cleaner conditioners they are using.

Fill it up, wash detail ready for cars and coffee
Got my bonus at Shell. Not bad 93 octane at $3.10 a gallon. Wash it late at night listening to some tunes and drinking some good beer. Ready for the morning.
One of my favorite tunes. Listen to the money talk AC/DC.
Done for the night. All the interior has been detail, leather créeme conditioned.

It's for my DD '02 cab. 3.8 Stage1 Nickies(given) with CP pistons, 82mm TB, & IPD plenum, UAOS, all new plastic bits pulleys & such. Not tracking this car so I didn't go for the Stage2. It was being installed yesterday and should be running and tuned starting next week. It will have 3 tunes on it: 93 octane, 91 octane, & valet. It may not be red and black, but it's super cool!
The CP pistons aren't really needed for the Stage1, but I figured the lighter weight will help in some way, maybe long term wear, and the incremental cost is little. And they are very pretty!
The controversial one is the plenum. My rational for this is all about laminar flow. Reducing turbulence will increase flow. Opening up the throttle body will increase flow. But, the improvement from a given component won't be seen if there is a subsequent turbulence producing component.(intake porting, exhaust porting, flow through the heads) The engine tune should be able to optimize for the new flow equation created by adding these components. Regardless how much power is added, it will be awesome!
